When you are ready, porting an existing mobile phone number to In Your Pocket is easy:
- If you don’t already have one, purchase an In Your Pocket either on this website, or over the phone on 0333 772 7708
- Wait for 14 days after you have received your device, as making changes immediately can cause issues.
- Obtain a PAC code from your current telecommunications provider.
- Ring the RealSAM office and provide the PAC code to us. We will then contact 02 to arrange the number porting to your handset.
- It will then take a couple of days.
- Confirm that you are now getting calls on Pocket, when people ring your old number, then confirm with your old provider that your contract with them is cancelled.
